Minor in Religious Studies

The Religious Studies Minor examines the anthropological approach to religion and magic, origins of great traditions, religion and gender, and religion and society. In addition, you will study the cross-cultural influences and connections between religion and today's world. Finally, this minor explores world religions and religious movements as sociocultural processes involving the need to know and how to deal with problems during times of change.

The Religious Studies Minor program consists of fifteen (15) credit hours (five courses) of undergraduate study across traditional disciplines. A minimum of six (6) hours in the minor must be taken in residence at Kennesaw State University.
